The Independent is a British online newspaper. It was established in 1986 as a national printed paper, it began as a broadsheet and changed to tabloid format in 2003. The last printed edition was published on the 26 March 2016, and is now only an online publisher.
What we did
We were approached by the Trade Marketing Director to create a bespoke platform to showcase the advertising and partnership offering from the Independent. Working closely with their head of design we came up with a brand and design for the site. We then built the platform and liaised with their development team to get it deployed on their servers.
Results
The news and press release section of the site is a vital resource and has shown great interest from the business. The addition of showcasing the latest stats from the business has streamlined the internal process, removing the need for presentations to be updated constantly with the data being housed in one place for all to access.
